Learn how to make our famous margarita cocktail ‘Paula Punched Pablo’s Pepper’, a delicious and perfectly balanced alcoholic drink.
Handful of coriander
12.5ml of lime juice
10ml of honey syrup
15ml of Absolut Pepper
35ml of El Jimador tequila
1 padrón pepper
1. Rim half of the glass with a lime wedge, then gently place into a plate with Pink Himalayan salt.
2. Add all cocktail ingredients into a boston glass including the coriander, fill the boston glass to the top with cubed ice.
3. Shake the cocktail for about 20 shakes.
4. Add cubed ice into the rimmed glass and strain the cocktail contents over the ice. Add a padrón pepper on top to serve.
