Sous-Chef

 

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef to help run our new exciting authentic Spanish restaurant at Westferry Circus, London E14. The site demands high standards and we’re looking for a professional to take responsibility for consistently high quality of food and the development of the kitchen team of twelve in total.

 

Job Specification

As the SOUS CHEF you will also be required to be a very strong and confident team player that leads from the front with an emphasis on excellent communication skills and an eye for the smallest details.

You will show evidence of your business skills with a balanced approach to support the head chef to drive the business forward as well as developing your team to consistently produce the very highest quality of Spanish food sourced from best suppliers.

You will also have excellent controls over all kitchen recruitment, training and development as well as stock, purchasing, GP% and labour costs and show an eagerness to work within the set financial budgets.

 

Personal Specification

This is an excellent opportunity for the right chef, which will give you the exposure to showcase your cooking as well as management skills within a very motivated and driven restaurant group.

You must have at least one year’s experience as a Sous Chef.

 

Remuneration

Salary £20k-23k (depending on experience) + 28 days holiday a year. 25% discount when dining in the Group’s restaurants.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK, be available for interview at short notice and be able to provide proof of all above.

Chefs-de-Partie

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate CHEF DE PARTIE for our new exciting, authentic Spanish restaurant at Westferry Circus, London E14. The site demands high standards and we’re looking for a professional to take responsibility for this position, working in a team of twelve in total.

 

Job Specification

As the CHEF DE PARTIE you will also require to be a very strong and confident team player that leads from the front, with an emphasis on excellent communication skills and an eye for the smallest details. You will be required to prepare and cook quality food with fresh locally sourced ingredients to a consistently high standard.

 

Personal Specification

This is an excellent opportunity for the right chef, which will allow you to showcase your cooking skills, and give you a fantastic opportunity to train and develop your career further.

You must have at least one year’s experience as a Chef de Partie.

 

Remuneration

Salary £16k-18.5k (depending on experience) + service charge share, 28 days holiday a year. 25% discount when dining in the Group’s restaurants.
