This July we’re lifting the lid on how to cook the perfect paella with our Executive Chef, Nacho del Campo.
Join us for lunch on Saturday 23rd July and learn how to prepare, cook and serve a traditional pan cooked chicken and seafood paella. Watch Nacho work his magic as you enjoy a cold pint of Mahou and some tapas nibbles on our outdoor Spanish terraza. Discover all of the tips and tricks of becoming a paella pro, then tuck into your freshly cooked lunch, al fresco.
Guests will also take away an exclusive recipe card, ready to recreate a dinner party showstopper at home. Relax afterwards with a tipple or two in our gin garden and enjoy the summer’s sport on our large outdoor screen. Or make a day of it and head over to the Tate Modern for some post-lunch culture.
