Camino En Casa – Ibérico Meatballs Recipe

Our Camino En Casa series continues with the delicious Ibérico meatballs. This dish can be served as tapas with family and friends or expanded into your main dish. It all depends how hungry you are 😉

Ingredients:

3 garlic cloves, 3 onions, 1 celery stick, 1 large carrot, 1 red pepper, 150g tomato sauce, a sprig of thyme, a sprig of rosemary, 2 free-range eggs, 100ml milk, 30g breadcrumbs, 300g pork mince, 300g beef mine, 150g veal mince (you can just use more beef or pork), 175ml Amontillado sherry, 175ml chicken stock
