3 garlic cloves, 3 onions, 1 celery stick, 1 large carrot, 1 red pepper, 150g tomato sauce, a sprig of thyme, a sprig of rosemary, 2 free-range eggs, 100ml milk, 30g breadcrumbs, 300g pork mince, 300g beef mine, 150g veal mince (you can just use more beef or pork), 175ml Amontillado sherry, 175ml chicken stock
