Join us at Bar Pepito to experience a journey through Jerez, with a tasting and masterclass with one of Spain’s top sherry producing families, Gonzalez Byass. Spend an evening learning about the art, tradition, and science of sherry making from the masters themselves. Enjoy tasting five very different styles of sherry, and be guided through food matching for each of the styles you taste. Each sherry will be paired with a seasonal tapas created by Executive Chef, Nacho del Campo, ready to perfect your dinner parties this festive season.
Tucked away across the courtyard from our Camino mother site, Bar Pepito is our intimate and atmospheric Andalusian bodega specialising in an extensive range of sherry. With its colourful tiles, authentic prints and bottles of this best-loved Spanish drink lining the walls; you could easily be forgiven for mistaking this as a genuine bar in Andalusia itself.
