TOMATE ROSA

Seasonal Specials at Camino Monument

This summer, we're celebrating Albariño in all its glory. Four exceptional wines from Rías Baixas, including two new guest selections handpicked on a recent trip to the region - crisp, coastal, and worth lingering over. Our executive chef Nacho has chosen two dishes to perfectly compliment these flavours, transporting you straight to the region.

MACKEREL ESCABECHE
Traditional Spanish escabeche with shallot, carrot, fennel and tarragon.
