Taking a short Easter break from Friday through Monday – back open Tuesday 7th April.

TOMATE ROSA

Large meaty tomatoes from Barbastro, Aragon, served with shallots, smoked Piparra pepper and smoked basil dressing.

Our seasonal menu is all about fresh flavours, feel-good dishes, and enjoying time together. Explore plates rooted in Spanish tradition, bringing warmth and a touch of sunshine to Monument.

BEETROOT SALAD (V)
Roasted beetroot with carrot escabeche, goat cheese cream, rocket and Manchego cheese crumble.

CLAM MARINARA
Fresh clams cooked in a garlic white wine and tomato sauce with parsley and olive oil.

BOOK A TABLE
Bottles of wine, including rosé and white varieties, are neatly arranged on a wooden shelf behind a metal rail in a wine shop or cellar.
