Terms and Conditions – Prize Draw at Bar Rioja Festival (14th June)
1. Promoter
The prize draw is organised by Camino Trading LTD, trading as Bar Rioja, hereafter referred to as “the Promoter”.
2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over attending the Bar Rioja Festival on Saturday 14th June 2025.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Employees of Camino Trading LTD, its affiliates, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete a data entry form made available at the festival stand.

Entrants must provide their full name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.

All entries must be submitted in person at the event before 6:30 PM on 14th June 2025.
4. Data Handling

By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering this competition.

Data collected will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of selecting and contacting the winner.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes unless explicit consent is given.

All data will be deleted from Promoter systems within 30 days after the prize draw, unless further consent is obtained for future communication.

Camino Trading LTD complies with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
5. The Prize

The prize is one (1) Jeroboam (3L) of Beronia Rioja Reserva wine.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The winner is responsible for ensuring they are legally allowed to possess and consume alcohol.
6. Winner Selection
-
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The draw will take place during the festival by representatives of Gonzalez Byass UK c/o Beronia.

The winner will be notified during the festival and provided with the prize.

If the winner is not able to claim the prize during the festival, we will contact for collection after the event.
7. Prize Collection

The winner must collect the prize in person or arrange for suitable delivery or pickup, subject to age verification.

Proof of age (18+) may be required at collection.
8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.

This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with the Bar Rioja Festival organisers.
