- BEEF CHEEKS 15.50 8 hour braised ox cheeks in oloroso sherry, roasted Jerusalem artichoke purée and hazelnuts

- BEETROOT CARPACCIO 9.75 (v) roasted golden beetroot, pomegranate seeds, Spanish heather honey, cold-pressed Montes de Toledo D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil, and pistachio dressing

- ROASTED AUBERGINE 11.50 (v) with allspice, sheep labneh and crispy onions

- TORRIJA 8.50 Spanish-style pan-fried egg brioche, cinnamon ice cream and golden raising soaked in moscatel wine
